Rejuvenator: The rejuvenator is a hydrocarbon enriched bitumen-based liquid which contains a wide spectrum of rejuvenating agents and oxidation resistants’ that when applied at ambient temperature to a bituminous surface will:

• Penetrate and seal micro cracks in the old oxidised surface thus improving permeability
• Enhance the existing bitumen with a blend of naturally occurring pitch bitumen’s, maltene rich additive, oils and resins. The hydrocarbon enriched bitumen, also retards further oxidation and fatigue by approximately 5 times greater than normal refinery grade bitumen
• Increases the skid resistance immediately after application
• Shelf life in excess of 12 Months
• Timeous application will prevent aggregate loss
• Extend the replacement life of Roads, Runways and Parking areas considerably

Polymer Modified Bitumen Stabilizing Material: PMBSM is a combination of polymers, bitumen and surfactants. The hydrophobic and binding properties of bitumen combined with the strength and cross-linking of polymers as well as the compaction aiding characteristics of surfactants make for dramatic changes to the properties of the in-situ materials being used. This product has been proven to increase the UCS and CBR values of low-grade materials to such an extent that it greatly out performs traditional stabilising methods.
